The Kenosha Fire Department has a proud tradition of excellent public service and we look forward to continuing this tradition. We are committed to serving and protecting the citizens and visitors of Kenosha by providing paramedic level medical care, advanced fire suppression techniques, hazardous materials mitigation, and award winning fire prevention education, fire inspections, and fire investigations. To provide these exceptional services, the dedicated men and women of the organization continually advance their skills and knowledge through daily in-service training, college coursework, and specialized hands-on training.

The guiding factor for the Department is the Vision Statement.

The Vision for the Kenosha Fire Department---to have an organization that is highly adaptable to external forces, an educated and technically competent workforce, and provide exceptional public service beyond what is expected and required.

We achieve this Vision each day through training, quality medical care, excellent fire prevention and professional administration and leadership.
